Our return policy is 14 days The product must be unused and in the same condition as you got it with original packaging. We do not offer refunds or Exchange on sale or clearance items.
If you receive your order and it is broken or damaged you must contact us via email right away with pictures of packaging and product along with your online order purchase receipt,Once a refund is authorized you are then required to return the package. When your return is received and looked over we will send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve approved or denied your refund/return.
Shipping costs -if you were looking for a return/refund for any reason out of our control you didn’t pick up your package it was sent back to us or you made a mistake in your address or for any other reason not our fault ,you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping,shipping is nonrefundable and shipping companies charge us a return shipping charge if they have to bring the package back to us. If you receive a refund shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Some items that are returned may a subject to a restocking fee this is usually 15 to 25%
If you are sending back an item more than $50 you should consider using shipping with tracking or even purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive back your item
